I saw these on one of my recipe cookbook recently and I decided to make them for picnic today:
It was super easy to make and the ingredients are a few. I used eggs yolk, milk, maply syrup and “fecule de mais” <– Dunno how it called in English. It took 5 to 10 minutes to make and another hour to freeze in the fridge. Everybody at picnic seems to like it so my dessert was a success. Also, the fruits inside the pudding is strawberries and to add a touch of luxury to this dessert, I put a half strawberry on top. It’s excellent after a meal or just a snack.
Lately, I’ve been into cooking and mom does not look please. What do I mean? She is constantly throwing my stuff away and she keeps criticizing about this and that. Annoying… I am not allow to the kitchen anymore because it is her turf. I’ll get my own kitchen someday… Someday.
